Colour is energy the body responds to.

I work with colour as an embodied spatial experience.

Colour becomes sound. Sound becomes space.

A space begins to speak through form and colour.

About

I am an Austrian artist, born in Graz and educated at the Fashion School at Hetzendorf Castle in Vienna.

My artistic language developed through international travel and extended periods of living between Europe and Asia.

These experiences shaped my understanding of colour as a spatial force — one that defines atmosphere, carries emotional resonance, and influences how a place is perceived and felt.

Since the early 2000s, I have lived and worked between Austria and Bali, Indonesia. This ongoing dialogue between Western and Asian perspectives informs my exploration of colour, light, and sound, leading to a distinct and universal language of colour.

At the core of my practice are colour fields, developed over three decades into paintings, reliefs, and sculptural works that engage directly with space. My works function as subtle orientation points within architecture and landscape, shaping spatial experience.

Recent presentations include Art Expo Graz (2026), a collaboration with Porsche Zentrum Steiermark (2024), and the European Cultural Centre, Palazzo Mora, Venice (2024), as well as permanent site-specific installations in Feldkirchen near Graz and Szent András Kastély.

My work explores how colour shapes how spaces are seen, felt, and remembered.
